Hibernia boss: Eight years to build houses on Dublin site

Hibernia Reit last week increased its holding on the site in Newlands Cross to almost 145 acres after agreeing a deal to purchase land from the IRFU

The head of one of the state’s biggest property companies said it will take eight years before a single home will be available on a huge site it owns in Dublin because of planning requirements.
