It started with a recommendation from a contact at internet search giant Google. Jeff Puritt, the chief executive of outsourcing giant Telus, was intrigued when he heard about the success of Voxpro’s founders Dan and Linda Kiely. A meeting was arranged spring 2012 that led last week to his $10 billion turnover business acquiring the Cork firm for €150 million.
