Harbison exits Lovin Media following sale

Businessman Emmet O’Neill has upped his shareholding in Lovin Media Group to 85 per cent after buying out a one-third stake in the company held by founder Niall Harbison.

Harbison is set to pocket about €1 million from the deal, which values Lovin Media at €3 million. Harbison began what was then Lovin Dublin in 2011 as website reviewing restaurants in Dublin. It has since expanded outside of Ireland with separate websites in Malta, ...
