Greencoat Capital plans flotation for several hundred million euro this year

Greencoat Capital, the British fund behind last week’s €300 million purchase of two Irish wind farms, is progressing plans for a public listing of shares this year.

If it goes ahead, the flotation of an Irish-only renewable energy vehicle by Greencoat would be the first public offering of shares on the Irish Stock Exchange in almost a year.
