Grafton ahead in H1 but British market weaker
Brexit creates uncertainty as Irish growth picks up
Building materials group Grafton has said Britain's vote to leave the EU has created uncertainty about the near-term outlook and prospects for the country's economy.
In a trading statement covering the first half of this year, chief executive Gavin Stark saidthis was likely to affect demand in Britain's new housing and RMI(repair, maintenance and improvement) market for the rest of the year.
