Gorey jobs platform plots global rollout

Abodoo.com, the Gorey-based recruitment platform, is to enter a first round of VC funding in San Franscisco next month, as it eyes worldwide expansion.

The company, headed by husband and wife team Vanessa Tierney and Ben Wainwright, soft launched its offering in Britain last June, a move that has generated a twentyfold increase in average online traffic to the site.
