Goodman’s son eyes expansion of construction firm to Dublin

Urban Life is currently in discussions with An Bord Pleanála over its plans to build 142 houses on the outskirts of Dundalk

Urban Life, the house builder owned by Laurence Goodman, the son of beef baron Larry Goodman, is looking to expand into Dublin.

A spokesperson for Goodman’s Urban Life said that, as well as the more than 540 houses it is building in Louth and Meath, “the company is in growth mode” and wants to “expand its geographic area into Dublin where is it currently looking at opportunities”.
