Goodman in ‘aggressive’ Blackrock plot

Beef baron Larry Goodman made a secretive move against another shareholder in the Blackrock Clinic as part of a wider ambition to gain a controlling interest in the private hospital, the High Court has found.

The court battle, initiated by Florida-based businessman John Flynn, is one of several bitter legal rows that have erupted in multiple jurisdictions between the hospital’s stakeholders.
