How going for a spin meant finding a new lease of life

After a long-standing career running bars and clubs fell victim to the recession, Peter May found himself searching for a new livelihood in his 40s and for the first time in his life.

“I had a few venues, and the recession crucified me mentally, physically and financially. The only thing that kept me sane during that time was fitness,” said May.
