French co-op acquires 50% of Dublin firm
A French co-op that represents 300,000 farmers has acquired a 50 per cent stake in a Dublin company specialising in off-patent crop protection products.
Life Scientific will create 20 jobs over five years as a result of the deal with InVivo, France’s largest agricultural co-op and the biggest buyer of agrochemicals in Europe.
