Leadership takes different forms in different situations. The leader you come face to face with during a crisis, or in the middle of a playing field, may behave quite differently to the person receiving accolades at the agm. Underpinning these different behaviours, however, should be something consistent: leaders are there to take ownership of the journey the organisation is on.
