New Irish-made gin inspired by 19th-century trade

A new Irish-made gin, which has been launched with more than 50 stockists around the country, is inspired by the Old China Trade that delivered silk, spices, tea and porcelain to Europe in the 19th century.

Dublin Whiskey Company co-founder Marie Byrne launched Chinnery Gin, a Dublin dry gin made with ten botanicals, last week with co-founder David Havelin.
