Fanning’s San Leon seeks to dismiss court action linked to Polish gas row
The oil and gas company will seek to dismiss the court action brought against it
San Leon Energy will this week seek to dismiss a court action brought against it by a company backed by Dutch tycoon investor Cees de Bruin.
Avobone lodged the action in the High Court last week, a spokesperson for San Leon confirmed, adding that the Irish company was “bewildered” by the move.
