Family yogurt company grows into major employer thanks to culture of innovation

In the 25 years since Diarmuid O’Sullivan set up Irish Yogurts Clonakilty with his wife Mary, the family business has grown to become a sizeable employer in the west Cork town, with more than 160 staff.
