It has emerged that the estate of John Reynolds, the businessman who founded Electric Picnic and the POD nightclub, moved to bankrupt cinema magnate Tom Anderson over an outstanding court debt.

Reynolds, who died suddenly last year, was owed €727,594 by holding company Altomoravia and its guarantors following a Court of Appeal ruling in Reynolds’s favour in 2017.
