Employers must pay heed to whistleblower law

Protected disclosures legislation in place since July 2014 affects every worker in every organisation in Ireland. Any worker who claims to have suffered penalisation or detriment as a result of making a protected disclosure can potentially avail of the full protections and remedies of the act.
