Is Ryanair becoming a little middle-aged, a little paunchy and, whisper it, even a little corporate?

Where it once had share capital of just £1 and a solitary 15-seater aircraft flying out of Waterford, Ryanair Holdings is now an aviation behemoth, with a market value of over €11 billion, more than 19,000 staff, 475 aircraft, three subsidiaries and 152 million passengers.
