Biscuit maker East Coast Bakehouse is planning a €10 million fundraising push next year as it looks to expand further into Europe.
The company, which was founded by husband and wife team Michael Carey and Alison Cowzer, said the funding will be in the form of debt and equity and will look to tap existing and new investors. The cash will be used to expand capacity as well as working capital.
