The Irish operation of fast food giant McDonald’s received a cash injection of €75 million from its British parent company earlier this year, filings in the Companies Office show.

According to the official record, MCD Europe Limited, which is already a 100 per cent shareholder in McDonald’s Restaurants of Ireland Limited, purchased a single share in the Irish outfit towards the end of March.
