Documents filed with the Companies Registration Office show that €60m has been injected into the company formerly known as Novell Ireland.

The capital injection in Micro Focus Software (Ireland) came from its immediate parent company, Novell Cayman Software, which is incorporated in Ireland.

The ultimate parent company is Micro Focus International, which merged with Novell’s owner in 2014.
