Any ‘churn’ from retailers at Dublin shopping centre is because ‘they haven’t adapted to trends’, says Don Nugent

The director of Dundrum Town Centre in south Dublin has defended rent hikes at the development, and said that any “churn” in tenants there is due to retailers not getting their customer offering right.
