Dundrum Centre to appoint KPMG over Ilac stakes
Hammerson and joint venture partner Allianz last week secured ownership of shopping centre
Hammerson, which co-owns the Dundrum Town Centre in Dublin, has moved to appoint KPMG as receiver over developer Joe O’Reilly’s stakes in the Ilac Centre in the north inner city and the Pavilions Shopping Centre in Swords.
