Dublin could lure developers from all over Europe and become the EU’s Silicon Valley, according to one of the godfathers of the Irish tech industry.

Last week, Annrai O’Toole, Iona co-founder and chief technology officer at Workday, oversaw the American multinational’s announcement of a further 200 jobs and the unveiling of the company’s new headquarters near Smithfield in Dublin’s north inner city.
