New Generation to rebrand following founder’s reported €150m exit from company

Greg Kavanagh, the Arklow property developer who cashed out of his development company in a multimillion-euro deal last week, is understood to be examining plans to develop homeless shelters for Dublin’s rough sleepers.

The developer has told friends that he is in the early stages of a plan to provide philanthropic support to the Fr Peter McVerry organisation, both in an advisory and financial capacity.
