Davy buys Cork shopping centre for €20m
Ballincollig Shopping Centre in Cork has been snapped up by stockbrokers Davy on behalf of its clients in a deal said to be worth about €20 million.
The move is the latest retail acquisition by the broker’s real estate division, which includes a number of town centres across the country.
