Less than a month has passed since I last wrote about the woes at Datalex, a high-profile Dublin-based software company. I argued that after six months of keeping shareholders in the dark about the true extent of its many problems, which include serious accounting irregularities, issues regarding profit guidance and the departure of all of its top management in under a year, it needed to become fully transparent to pull through the crisis.
