Cunningham gets go-ahead for judicial review on seized £3m

Ted Cunningham, the retired Cork-based financial adviser, was granted leave last week to take a judicial review seeking to compel An Garda Síochána and the Criminal Assets Bureau (CAB) to explain where £3 million that was seized from him in the wake of the Northern Bank robbery has gone, and on what grounds it was taken.
