‘Cross-skilling’ set to boost recruitment for Cork pharma start-up
With plans to create between 30 and 50 specialist roles across science and engineering disciplines this year, Cork company KPC International has introduced a cross-skilling programme to support recruitment.
KPC International was founded in 2001 by chemical engineer John Devlin in response to the rise in the number of pharmaceutical manufacturers establishing greenfield sites in Ireland. The company is an ISO9001 accredited supplier of project management services for all stages in the pharmaceutical and biotech plant start-up process.
