Perfuze, the medtech start-up developing neuro-vascular technology to treat strokes, has raised €3 million in a seed funding round led by European VC Earlybird.

Established last April by co-founders Wayne Allen and Liam Mullins, Perfuze is developing catheter-based technology to treat acute ischemic stroke.
