Contractor takes case against O’Callaghan firm over fit-out deal at international school

A construction management company has gone to the High Court seeking damages from the developer of Dublin’s new international private school.

Construction company Roccul served a plenary summons on Eagle Horizons on Thursday seeking damages for breach of contract as well as for misrepresentation, and for works completed and services provided.
