Conlon’s charity site Ammado faces wind-up as losses hit €20m
The company was renamed Pembroke Dynamic Internet Services in August
Ammado, the online charity donation platform founded by technology entrepreneur Peter Conlon, is to be wound up following a failure to close new investment.
The company had accumulated losses of €20 million up to the end of February 2016, its accounts show.
Following a winding-up petition from the Revenue Commissioners in September the company applied for and was granted examinership in November, but that was unsuccessful and liquidator Myles Kirby has been appointed.
