Concerns over €5m transactions at Kildare building firm

Directors of a Kildare-based construction company have raised concerns over €5 million in “unauthorised transactions”.

Accounts for Joe Miley and Partners (Dublin) Ltd for the year ended February 2016 reveal the directors’ concerns about “certain errors, omissions and unvouched expenditure”.

“It is the directors’ belief that there are unauthorised transactions of (a) in excess of €3,736,534 to 2007 and (b) €1,805,580 from 2007-2012,” they stated.
