Commercial property boom pays off for glazing specialists

The recent pick-up in the commercial property market is paying dividends for Architectural Aluminium, the Dublin company specialising in glazed facades for large scale developments.

“Where we are competitive is on the big developments where a €1 million contract would be small and the ideal is about €5 million,” said Simon Kenny, the firm’s managing director.
