Comer brothers in $47m compensation claim over delays to Uganda scheme

A company owned by Galway-born developer brothers Luke and Brian Comer is seeking $47 million in compensation from the Ugandan government in relation to a stalled development project there.

OpecPrime Properties was to develop a new satellite city with affordable housing near Kampala, in a public private partnership with the government, but it failed to fully take off.
