Cloud security firm Vectra to hire 100 staff ahead of schedule

The US-based cloud security business Vectra expects to meet its goal of hiring 100 staff in Ireland over two years ahead of schedule, and plans to grow from 40 to 60 staff between now and January.

Vectra, which is headquartered in San Jose, uses artificial intelligence to detect cyber attacks in cloud systems. The business runs its Irish operation out of Dogpatch Labs in the Dublin docklands.
