Clothing giant names Irishman to run Asia business

VF Corporation, the American clothing company that owns the North Face, Timberland and Vans brands, has appointed an Irishman to run its key international division.

Aidan O’Meara will take up the role of group president of VF International next April. He is currently head of the company’s Asia division.

O’Meara has been with VF for more than two decades.
