Julie Sharp of Bank of Ireland traces her career to date and lessons she learned along the way
As head of group HR with Bank of Ireland, Julie Sharp oversees personnel matters for the group’s 11,500 staff. Sharp took up the role in 2010, having worked with ING Insurance in Hong Kong, as regional head of HR for the Asia Pacific region. She was named Chief Human Resource Officer of the Year at the HRO Today Awards, which took place last month in the Netherlands.
