Data analytics start-up Cerebreon is developing technology for the insolvency sector, designed to cut paperwork and tackle high attrition rates among entry-level candidates tasked with identifying clients likely to default on bankruptcy arrangements.

The Co Donegal company was established in early 2016 by Gillian Doyle, who had worked as a management information analyst in the British insolvency sector, and her husband Ken Doherty, a numerical model engineer with a PhD in applied maths.
