Cavan food start-up takes off with British Airways deal
British Airways’ first-class lounge at Heathrow will stock a range of pinchos made in Cavan from November.
The airline will take delivery of three pallets per month of Hog House Pinchos in a new contract with Irish start-up AP Fine Foods.
The company, established in October 2013 by Alison Cummins, is set for further growth in the British market having secured €200,000 in high potential start-up funding from state agency Enterprise Ireland.
