Cartoon Saloon wins offers for €7.5 million new series

Cartoon Saloon, the award-winning Kilkenny animation force has several offers for its latest project, a €7.5 million animation series, one of its founders said.

The 52 episode pre-school show about a Mediterranean-Irish family having fun at the weekend was pitched at major industry event Cartoon Forum last month and attracted rival offers to buy its rights.
