CapVest in new play for One51 as float looms
Preliminary approach made for plastics maker by Fitzpatrick led private equity firm; l One51 has 2,000 shareholders in Ireland with shares trading on a grey market
One51, the international rigid plastics maker, has been approached again by private equity firm CapVest with regard to buying it.
The Seamus Fitzpatrick-led investment company previously tried to acquire the business in 2015. The move is believed to be preliminary in nature. One51 declined to comment yesterday. Fitzpatrick could not be reached for comment.
