Capitalflow completes funding round to enter commercial property market

Capitalflow, the specialist business lender, has completed a fundraising round backed by Deutsche Bank to support its entry into the commercial property lending market.

Ronan Horgan, chief executive of Capitalflow, said “We are the fastest-growing non-bank lender in the market, with 70 people recruited in just over two-and-a-half years and ambitions to reach 100 by 2020.”
