Kirby Tarrant is partner in charge at Clark Hill Solicitors in Dublin. The US-owned firm established an Irish office in 2017 and merged with Dublin firm O’Gradys Solicitors earlier this year. Clark Hill has 250 offices in the US and employs 45 people in Ireland.
