Bridlewood, the property trust where Kildare businessman Gerry Conlan and his family are shareholders, has added another Dublin property to a fast-growing city centre collection. The acquisition for some €1.65 million was backed by Billy Kane’s Finance Ireland Group, whose investors include Isif, the state’s investment fund.
