Businesses urged to get ready for trading with Britain after Brexit

The Revenue Commissioners have seen a major increase in applications for the customs numbers needed to continue trading with Britain after Brexit – but there are still firms that haven’t applied.

An economic operators registration and identification (EORI) number is required for any Irish company that imports or exports goods into or out of the EU.
