Builder O’Flynn wants to see Nama leak report

Michael O’Flynn, the country’s largest property developer, is demanding that Nama hand over a confidential report by accountants Deloitte into leaking of confidential information as part of his court action against the state’s toxic loan agency.

O’Flynn is also seeking all pleadings made by Nama in its case against Enda Farrell, a former Nama employee who leaked secret details of Nama debtors to prospective buyers.
