On Tuesday I was in Limerick to MC a discussion on the importance of branding and design for food businesses.

It was a thought-provoking discussion which involved contributions from chefs, restaurateurs and branding experts, and which covered everything from the most common branding mistakes companies make, to how those who don’t have large marketing budgets can get themselves noticed.
