A convicted tax fraudster in Britain is suing the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation over losses on an €85 million super-mansion in Surrey.

Baljit Singh Bhandal, also known as Barry Bhandal, purchased the 103-room Updown Court with the help of a £14 million (€15.8 million) loan from Irish Nationwide.
