Boylesports gets heavyweight advisers to win Ladbrokes bid

Boylesports has hired KPMG and top law firm Ronan Daly Jermyn to advise on its bid to acquire Ladbrokes’ Irish businesses as an unidentified third bidder has contacted the examiner about the troubled gambling group.

As first reported by The Sunday Business Post, Boylesports put Ladbrokes in play by contacting the examiner with an alternative scheme of arrangement.
