Grand Coast Capital, the US property lender and investor, has set its sights on student accommodation in Dublin as part of its continued investment in Ireland.

The Boston-based lender is planning to build student residences in Stoneybatter in Dublin, at a site beside the Grangegorman campus of Dublin Institute of Technology.
